FITP Certified Padel Courts
Market needs were analyzed, and in a short time, a structure was developed in accordance with the 2021 PADEL RULES (A.U. no. 8 August 2022) issued by IPF (International Padel Federation) and FITP (Italian Tennis and Padel Federation).
Our goal was to create a lightweight structure, minimally intrusive to the view from inside and outside the court, but extremely durable, ensuring user safety and perfect playability thanks to a consistently perfect bounce on all surfaces.

Structure and Design of Padel Courts
The structure of our padel courts has been verified using finite element software by an independent engineering firm, ensuring solidity in all environments and weather conditions. The structure has been tested against anthropic and environmental actions, including seismic activities, as required by the technical standards N.T.C. (Technical Rules for Construction) 2018 of Ministerial Decree January 17, 2018.
Special attention has been given to the aesthetic aspect, creating a design completely different from other structures made only of tubular profiles. Drawing inspiration from the aerodynamic shapes of car spoilers, a dynamic, modern, and sporty form has been created.
The high-quality carbon steel parts (the same used for high-performance industrial plants) are cut by a laser machine and subsequently assembled and welded using high-precision jigs. The metal nets are welded onto an “L” profile frame to ensure stability and resistance in all directions. The parts are assembled with stainless steel bolts, forming a perfect fit at all joints, providing unparalleled robustness.
The structure is galvanized and then hot-painted according to the VERNIX cycle, which has a very high resistance class C-4 for outdoor environments. The 12mm thick tempered glass has 8 fastening points (2 more than those on the market), ensuring greater safety and a perfect ball bounce. Completing the whole are a high-quality synthetic grass surface available in various colors and four 200W lights.

Through partnerships with other companies, we can provide comprehensive support for installations: from project design to the turnkey construction of the entire sports center, including civil works, systems, and coverings. Installations are carried out by qualified personnel using certified high-quality tools and forklifts, adhering to all safety regulations. We have also developed a reception area using the same elements as the playing field, providing an attractive and durable complement to the courts.
